Cr Pam McLeod State President
Cr Pam McLeod has lived in Epping for 23 years and has represented local residents on the Whittlesea Council since 2003. Cr McLeod has been a member of ALGWA since 2003 and served as State Secretary in 2004.
Cr McLeod is a member of the City of Whittlesea Junior Sport and Cultural Aid Foundation, the Epping Community Activity Centre, Meadowglen Athletics Stadium Committee of Management, Chair of the North East Housing Service and the council representative for the Victorian Local Governance Association. Cr Pam McLeod is co-ordinator of the Annual ALGWA Study Awards.
Mrs Kaele Way JP
Vice President Metro Mrs Kaele Way is the current National President of the ALGWA . Elected in 2004 and re elected in 2006, Mrs Way will complete her second term of office in April 2009. A member of the ALGWA since 1997, Mrs Way has served as Victorian Branch Secretary and President and as the National Vice President. Mrs Way was appointed to the Victorian Women's Honour Roll in 2007. She is a delegate to the Australian Government Office for Women Secretariarts of the National Rural Women’s Coalition and is Vice Chair of the Australian Women's Coalition.
Mrs Way served as Project Officer for the ALGWA Review of the National Framework for Women in Local Government-The Way Forward.
Cr Mary Lalios Treasurer
Cr Mary Lalios is the Metropolitan Representative on the ALGWA Victorian Executive. Cr Lalios was elected to represent the East Ward in the City of Whittlesea Council in 2005.
Cr Lalios represents Council on the Bundoora Netball and Sport Centre Board, Junior Sport and Cultural Aid Foundation, Whittlesea YMCA, Whittlesea Community Futures and the Volunteer Resource Centre. She has also been ministerially appointed to the Plenty Valley Community Health Board of Management.Cr Lalios enjoys bike ridng and running and is an active member of the Parents and Friends Association at her children's school.
Cr Sue Marstaeller JP Secretary
Cr Marstaeller was elected to the Mitchell Shire Council in 2003 and is a former Mayor of the Shire. Cr Marstaeller is Council's representative on a number of committees inlcuding the Arts and Culture, Tourism, Municipal Fire Prevention and Municipal Emergency Management Committees. Cr Marstaeller also serves as a Board Member on the Wallan & District Community Bank.
Cr Marstaeller was appointed ALGWA State Secretary in June 2006.

Cr Jean Wise Vice President - Rural
Cr Wise was elected to the Shire of Yarriambiack Council in 1997 and served as Mayor in 2005.Cr Wise is a member of the ALGWA Mentoring Network and serves as Treasurer to both the Victorian Branch Executive and the ALGWA National Board. Cr Wise is also the Public Officer for both Associations. Cr Wise is a member of the MAV Human Services Portfolio Steering committee, Secretary of the Warracknabeal A&P Society, and the Warracknabeal & District Historical Society
 Cr Kate Lempriere Committee Member
Elected to the Cardinia Shire Council in 2003, Cr Kate Lempriere has served as Mayor in 2003 and 2007. Cr Lempriere served on the Cardinia Cultural Centre Committee and as Chair of the District Scouts and the Delfin Cardinia Lakes Project. Cr Lempriere is a Dame of the Order of St John of Jerusalem and has held Board positions on the Duke of Edinburugh Awards Scheme,the Save the Children Fund, The Lord Mayor's Fund, Amnesty International and the CWA.Cr Lempriere has been a long time supporter of the ALGWA and a member of the Mentoring Network .Cr Lempriere was elected to the Executive Committee in April 2006.
 Cr Jenny Mulholland Committee Member
Elected to the City of Banyule Council in 2000, Cr Mulholland served as Mayor in 2003/2004 and as Deputy Mayor in 2005.
Cr Mulholland has been a member of ALGWA for many years adn was elected to the Committee at the Aprill 2008 Annual General Meeting. She serves on the City of Banyule Audit Committee, the Art & Cultural Advisory Group, the Disability Reference Group, the Property/Strategic Direction Advisory Committee and is a member of the Heidelberg- Warringal Lions House Foundation

Cr Helen Coleman Committee Member
Cr Helen Coleman is a member of the Nillumbik Shire Council and Council President of Eltham Primary School. A great supporter of ALGWA, Helen was elected to the Executive Committee at the 2008 Annual General Meeting in April 2008. Cr Coleman serves on the Community Planning Think Tank and the Municipal Public Health Plan Advisory Committee at Nillumbik Shire Council.
Cr Linda Guthridge Committee Member
Cr Linda Guthridge serves on the West Wimmera Shire Council and served as Mayor in 2003/2004. Elected to the ALGWA Executive Committee at the Annula General Meeting in April 2008, LInda is also a member of the ALGWA Mentoring Network.
Ms Cheryl Bromfield President Central Sub Branch
Cheryl is the President of ALGWA’s newly formed Central Sub Branch. Cheryl is a Business Manager and lives and works in the City of Ballarat. She serves her community through active membership and participation through a number of community groups.
Cheryl is Chairperson for Life Education Australia (Ballarat and District) and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Wendouree since 2001. Cheryl is a member of Commerce Ballarat and is also involved with JANA a youth access program where she volunteers as a youth Mentor assisting unemployed and disengaged youth to find and engage in further education, or to find employment opportunities.
Cr Carmel Barrot President North East Sub Branch
Elected to the Mitchell Shire Council in 2005, Cr Barrott is a member of the Audit Committee, and represents Council on various Committees of Management, including the Pyalong Cemetery, the Seymour Racing Club, the Pyalong Community Centre Committee and the Pyalong Recreation Reserve Committee.
Carmel joined ALGWA prior to her election to Council and in 2006 was elected President of the inaugural North East Sub Branch in 2007.
